What is the difference between duplication and replication?

Duplication is generally used for smaller quantities, less than 1,000 units, it is the process whereby the content is “burned” onto the disc. Replication is a process using glass master, which “stamps out” the finished disc. The initial set up costs make replication non competitive for smaller runs.

Do you use labels?

Business Cards are generally labelled up to 1,000 units, a sample of the disc can be produced from your artwork for approval prior to production. The label gives a high quality gloss finish. Labels can be used for standard CD’s but we generally ink jet print onto a white background. We do not recommend labels for DVD’s.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We generally replicate products on a minimum order of 1,000 units. 100 units is the minimum for duplication, however we are willing to consider less particularly if it is a combination of different discs or there is potential for further business in the future.
